Requests aren't appearing in my dashboard

Check which page of the list you're on first. Requests are paginated, and once an event gets busy the newest ones can sit on a page you aren't looking at. You can raise how many show at once in the Song Requests sub-tab of your Requests tab, at the bottom where is says Requests per page.

Raise how many requests show at once if newer ones are landing on another page.

On the free Starter plan, requests past the 50-request limit are still collected but appear blurred behind an upgrade prompt rather than in full. Nothing has been lost — they become visible if you move to Pro.

If you run more than one event, make sure you have the right one open. Requests only ever appear under the event whose link or QR code the guest used.

New requests normally appear on their own as they arrive, without you refreshing. If that stops happening — a patchy venue connection will do it — reload the page and the full list comes back.

If the list is genuinely empty, the likeliest explanation is that guests haven't found the code yet. The Last Request card on your Overview tells you when the most recent one came in.
