My playlist is not syncing — what should I do?
Start by working out which problem you have: nothing syncing at all, or a few songs missing.
If the sync stops with an Access denied message, you're almost certainly signed in to a different streaming account than the one that owns the playlist — easily done if you have a personal and a work account. Sign out of the service in the Sync tab, sign back in with the account that created the playlist, and run the sync again.
If most songs arrived but a few didn't, check the counter shown while the sync runs — something like 18 of 20 tells you how many made it. Songs get skipped when the artist or title your guest typed doesn't match anything on the service, usually a spelling slip or a very obscure release. You can edit the artist and title directly in the request list, then sync again to pick them up.
One thing you don't need to worry about: a sync only removes songs BeatTribe added itself, so anything you put in the playlist yourself stays where it is.
