My guests can't open the request link
If a guest ends up on the BeatTribe homepage rather than your request page, the link is pointing at an event that doesn't exist. That happens when the code in the address has been mistyped, or when the event has since been deleted. Copy the link again from your dashboard and compare it with what they have.
Links that were typed by hand rather than copied are the usual source. The event code is a string of characters with no meaning to read back, so a single wrong letter sends someone to the homepage with no clue why. Sharing the link or the QR code directly avoids the problem entirely.
Check you have shared the right event's link, too. If you run several events, each has its own link, and last week's still opens perfectly well — it just isn't tonight's.
Finally, the request page needs an internet connection. If your guests are on a venue wifi network that requires a login page, they may need to accept that first before any website will load.
