Where should I put the QR code at my event?

Sharing with guests

Put it in more than one place. A single code on the DJ booth only reaches the people who come to the booth, and the guests you most want to hear from are usually the ones who won't.

The spots that work best are where people are already sitting still: on the tables during dinner, along the bar, and anywhere a queue forms. Standing signage at eye level beats a card lying flat on a table, where glare and the viewing angle make phones struggle.

Give the code a reason to be scanned. A bare QR code gets ignored; the same code with Request a song above it does not. On Pro you can add your own text above and below the code before downloading it, which saves printing a separate label.

Don't overlook screens. If the venue has a projector or a TV, the code can go up between sets, and it's usually the easiest scan in the room.

And share the link itself ahead of the night — in the invitation or a group chat — so requests are already arriving before anyone's in the building.
