Is there a limit on how many guests can request songs?

No. Any number of guests can scan the QR code and send requests at the same time, on every plan including the free Starter plan. There are no guest accounts and no per-person seats, so a wedding of forty and a club night of four hundred work exactly the same way.
What's capped is the number of requests, not the number of people. Starter covers 50 song requests per event; Pro removes that ceiling. Separately, the Max Songs Per Request setting limits how many songs any one person can send in a single go — you choose anywhere from one to ten.
Worth knowing: if a Starter event goes past 50 requests, your guests aren't turned away and nothing is lost. The extra requests still arrive and are stored against your event — they're simply hidden in your dashboard behind an upgrade prompt until you move to Pro, at which point they all become visible.
