What does the dashboard overview show me?
Creating your event
The Overview tab is the first thing you see when you open an event, and it's built to be read at a glance while you're working.
Four cards run across the top. Song Requests is the running total for this event. The next counts down the days until your event, and reads Today once the day arrives. Last Request shows how long ago the most recent one came in, which is the quickest way to tell whether guests have found your QR code yet. Guest Ratings shows your average score and how many people have rated, on Pro with ratings switched on.
Below those sits your QR code with the event link underneath — click the link to copy it. Download saves the code as an image for printing, and Customize jumps to the QR & Share tab where you can change its colours and add your own text.
If requests dry up mid-event, Last Request is usually where you notice first.
