Can I run more than one event at the same time?
Creating your event
Yes, if you're on Pro. The free Starter plan covers one active event at a time; Pro raises that to ten, so a run of weekend bookings can all be set up and waiting at once.
Your dashboard shows where you stand — it reads something like you've created three of ten events — and the Add event button stays available until you reach your limit. On Starter, once you have an event, that button is replaced by an upgrade prompt.
Events never interfere with each other. Each one has its own QR code, its own link, and its own settings for explicit filtering, blocked genres and how many songs a guest can request. A wedding on the Saturday and a bar night on the Sunday can both be live at the same time with their requests kept completely separate.
On Starter, once an event is over, delete it from your dashboard to free up your single slot before you create the next one.
